Tevac's Damaged Goods Policy:

 

All items shipped by Tevac are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and all packing materials are chosen specifically for each item to ensure their safe arrival to you. 

Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt for lost or damaged goods.  If the outside of the box is damaged, please take photos and inspect the contents for any loss or damage.  Any damage to the outside of the box should be noted with the carrier before accepting the goods.

All claims for damages or loss must be filed with Tevac within 10 days of receipt of goods.  For any deliveries with a Freight Carrier, it is important to note any damages on the bill of lading when signing for delivery.
